    I'm loving it!

    I am enjoying my Evening ritual mud/wtr!! And on a bonus side, I haven't needed to take Melatonin since I started itl!! I love the frother, too!! I put a little cinnamon in a little bit of milk and froth it up, and then put a little honey in the evening blend and mix with the whipped milk. Yay Yay!!! I'm thinking of trying the normal mud/wtr blend now.

Nope, :rest Rooibos is caffeine-free. It's our nighttime blend we designed to help you prepare for a better night's sleep.

Is there sugar in :rest Rooibos?

Nope. There are no sugars or sneaky sweeteners added. If it's not sweet enough for ya, try adding some of our own :sweetener. It's the least-bad sweetener money can buy.

Where are your products made?

MUD\WTR started in and operates out of Venice, CA. All of our mushrooms are American-grown, while the rest of our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, before being dropped off at our production facility by peregrine falcon.

Where are your mushrooms from?

All of our mushrooms are grown in the U.S.A., baby. We work with producers in California and Nevada, but only the very best of 'em.

Can you drink :rest Rooibos while pregnant?

We're not doctors and we don't pretend to be. Consult your physician before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy.
